In case you receive the Kiwi Ears - Forteza with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession

So Pretty and Fun IEM [with foam ear-tips]

This is undoubtedly one of the prettiest IEM available in market right now. But for IEMs what really matters is sound; appearance and build quality comes next.

Lets dial in about sound..
Before buying, if you search for its reviews online (YouTube, reddit, audiophile forums); you will come to know that this IEM is not really recommended by most of the reviewers; their impressions/reviews are mostly negative about it.

Since we all perceive/hear [same music/sound] differently and have our own preferred sound signatures; reviewers' opinions do not matter until we can hear it for ourselves and decide if an IEM sounds right or not.

Online, there is zero option to try and buy any IEM.
We have to decide based on popular audiophile reviewers' opinions on IEMs; that is what makes them influencers.

I have seen/read those reviews but I cannot agree or disagree with them because I haven't heard Forteza in person to decide anything right or wrong about it.

What I was looking for is, Forteza sound demo over YouTube and found one by Linsoul [ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aPrj61AtmhM ]. It was a sound comparison; and I liked the Forteza sound signature. Based on that.. I decided to buy it.

Now, that I have heard it in person; I can tell.. it sounded really bad [too much treble, unsatisfactory bass, muddy/not-detailed sound signature] with stock silicone ear-tips. I was disappointed.

Then, I decided to listen to it with my KZ foam tips and realized what I was missing. Well, this is not at all a natural/flat sounding IEM. It has V-shaped sound signature with punchy deep bass [only with foam tips of course]. EDMs are so much fun with this IEM.

So contrary to being so unpopular among audiophile influencers; I like Forteza for what it is made for, fun detailed sound signature with punchy bass.
