so after struggling for 48 days to get my replacement (don't even ask how many times i had to write to them, call them and wht not)
I have received the replacement unit. (although i had to accept different color then mine)
I am very sad to say that the replacement unit have the same issue of channel imbalance. I don't know what's wrong with jabra or this particular model. The left one sounds louder then the right one, and when you are listening vocals it sounds like there is no sound coming from right.
I have tried different devices, given to friends to try them and tell the difference and everyone said the same thing left sounds louder.
i would not waste my money on this brand ever again in my life. so horrible experience.

EDIT:
I have contacted the pro connect for warranty claim due to channel imbalance issue. I have been told that the stock of replacement active 65T is not available. i was given 2 choices either downgrade and accept elite 65T or Pay more and upgrade to 75T.
worst ever experience. do not buy Jabra Right now.

the fit is causing pain in right ear,
no option for returns so stuck with this.
after a week now there is an issue of channel imbalance and headphonezone does not provide warranty claims directly. Guys at jabra will take so long to even reply.
I bought them for 8999 just on 14th july and now before even a month they are selling this at 6999.
hugely disappointed by both the headphones and the headphonezone website.
never buy anything again from here.

pros sound is good
Jabra app is giving good advantage but size of bud is way bigger than it appears in photo . Also 1 master earbud other dependent is stupidity .i wanted to watch movies with my wife 1 1 ear for each .cant do that with this ..neways

Thank you for your mail. Though I am happy with the connectivity, sound quality and the built of the earbuds but there is a major problem when I use it for calling. The person on the other end is able to hear all the other noise in my background except for my voice. I have read alot of blogs and articles online on this issue and apparently there is no solution to resolve this problem.
I would appreciate it if you could address my issue and help resolve it at the earliest.

The only con is the fact that after an hour or so it starts hurting the ear.

I needed something to use during running and high mobility workouts, which had good sound. These checked both the requirements. A very snug and comfortable fit. Can’t get better than this at the price that I got it for

Superb sound quality and worth the price

1. Good fit. They have different sized ear plugs to help with the fit. I used the biggest one which i wore for an hour without any pain or discomfort. They form quite a good seal to ensure good passive noise cancellation.
2. Battery Life - They have a great battery life. I used them without the case for over 4 hours and they are still holding up without the need for a charge.
3. Decent sound quality - They offer decent sound quality. They arent bass heavy. So stay away if you prefer a bass heavy away earphones. Sound stage isnt wide though but is decent for the price point. I compared them against my PXC550 headphones for this. But i would still pick them for my morning runs.
4. Call quality - tends to pick up surrounding noise. But is good enough for a call. I had two long calls(~45min) without any call drops.
5. Fit and Finish - I have the blue with copper finish which look very good. Its a bit of a darker blue than what it looks like on the website. And the copper touch goes extremely well with the blue. The buds arent too big for my ears. They are bigger than AirPods but aren't uncomfortably big i would say. The case is also pretty compact.
6. Buttons - The button on the right year being a single one feels good. But the two button operation on the left feels a little flimsy.
7. Jabra Sounds+ Software - The EQ settings in the Sound+ software isnt that effective. There isnt any major perceivable change. The most effective function is the "HearThrough" function which lets users control how much of outside sounds gets through. Found this to be very effective.
8. Misc - Ear buds switch off if left unconnected. This ensures battery isnt wasted. I only wish the case had a "Charge Enable/Disable" switch so that the buds could be tucked into the case and let user control the charging cycle.

Overall, it was a great buy for me at the price point that i purchased them and would recommend them for anyone who is looking for a decent pair of earphones without any active noise cancellation.
