7 Day Replacement Guarantee

In case you receive the iFi Audio - DC Blocker with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you
- The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein)

It's common for most amplifiers to have a disturbing mechanical transformer hum. Caused by a small amount of DC voltage reaching into the audio mains, this hum hinders your music listening experience and that's where the iFi Audio DC Blocker comes into the picture. When you place the DC Blocker at the IEC (at the rear power inlet), the DC blocker does as its name implies, it blocks DC from entering into the audio mains. It is designed to discard transformer hum from all sorts of amplifiers. To get the best result it is ideal to use the DC Blocker with one direct power cable connection. Cost effective way to reduce amp buzz

ifi Audio DC Blocker

I bought the ifi Audio DC blocker (DCB)with some suspicion as i have a high end amplifier and thought the Hum was not an issue. i just got the ifi DCB by bluedart. As usual the Headphone zone service was excellent and i got the delivery within a couple of days of ordering. My initial reaction on hooking in the DCB on my amplifier mains socket was the increase in clarity. Better low level detail and bass lines were more dilineated and crisp. The treble was more transparent. Guess the SQ will improve further after some hours of running in. This is a must have product for lowering amplifier noise.
