In case you receive the iBasso Jr. - KLEE with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

Very good detail IEM sound similar to Dunu Falcon Pro but at quarter of price

IEM is almost flat and mild mid bass boosted
Detail retrieval, imaging and sound stage above its price bracket
upper treble is not that defined, less sparkle
Treble lovers stay away
Bass is well defined but less rumble
Bass heads stay away
and Mids are velvety, Vocal lovers this is for you
value for money product.

Aural Bliss!!

Had a music Orgasm. Trust me for my words, I had never heard a better sounding iem than this. I have heard Moondrop May, Kiwi ears Melody, Soundmagic e11, JBL Live, but this is a better than everyone else by a long distance. Lows - I love impactful lows yet accurate not overdonem. Godd amount of subbass and midbass(don't go by the graphs), the lows never try to cut through other frequencies. The mids are brilliantly done, the total quality is excellent, the voices are not on your face, but rather you feel like sitting in the 3rd row of a concert (the soundstage is good). The highs are very well extended but never too overdonem or sibillant, they are good enough of long listening hours, with some air to them. Coming to technicalities, the soundstage is very well done, doesn't sound artificial or narrow in any sense. The imaging, instrument separation are on a different level, at this price I do not think, it can get any better. Overall a perfect buy for music lover, most importantly all genres sound good, but specifically classical, jazz, blues, country, soft rock shine on these. Gear used - Oneplus13+Tangzu type c -3.5mm dongle. Go for it without hesitation, thank me later. Oh, I forgot about the fit, you can sleep with these.
