In case you receive the iBasso Jr. - Gelato with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you

Mesmerising Performance

I have been liking this earphone a lot, i hot confused in start to determine left and right earbuds as they don’t have symbols, just has colour as an indicator blue/red.
It has a great punch and clear detailing throughout midrange, bass and treble.
Device used as the source was Shanling M1plus.

For reference i have previously used E10, Byron, RHA S500, Salnotes Zero, Sony XB55AP all of them had very less shelf life except Zero which is as good as new today 3 years later but Byron had an unmatchable performance among all, Sony was the weakest of them all.

Currently i compared it with my other buy Moondrop Chu 2, i think Ibasso Jr is miles ahead as per my liking, the berellium driver here made me remember my Byron in ear, maybe this is subjective but Moondeop felt very weak in many a aspects like depth, brightness, bass, lower bass is not at all there, treble is ear piercing at times, also male vocals get shouty at time, other than this it had to use high gain from DAP but still the only noticeable difference was that it felt like it is needing lesser effort to play then.( volume used 75% db at high gain.)
