What does "ships within 24/48 hours" mean?

In a nutshell, ships within 24/48 hours basically means that your product will be shipped out or dispatched from our warehouse within 24/48 hours after placing the order. It also indicates that the products are readily available at our warehouse and once we receive your order, we dispatch it out at the earliest either on the same day or the next working day depending on when you’ve placed your order.

What it does not mean:

A lot of our customers assume that it means their order will get delivered to them within 24/48 hours, but that’s not what it means. For an order to reach you, it can take anywhere up to 3-4 business days, depending on which part of India you are placing an order from.

In case you receive the Final - E500 with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

Equips 6.4mm Dynamic Driver To Deliver Precise Spatial Audio Experience

Final E500 features a powerful yet small-aperture 6.4mm diameter dynamic driver that has been precisely assembled to deliver cutting-edge audio quality. With this dynamic driver, you experience high-resolution audio with the frequency ranges tuned to deliver clean audio without masking any of the sounds for smooth and vivid audio. The Final E500 is designed to be combined with virtual reality and gaming consoles. The Final E500 delivers a natural spatial sound with a concentrated sense of direction.

Engineered To Sound Stunning With High-Quality Components

The Final E500 comes embedded with driver units with a diaphragm attached to a voice coil and adhesive agent. With audio signals flowing, the diaphragm moves in minute increments along with the voice coil and sound is produced. Over time, the diaphragm moves efficiently and the sound changes or ‘ages’. The E500 has a small aperture, and so an extended period is necessary for changes through ageing to become noticeable. When used over 150-200 hours, it should feel as though the sound has become stable. Favourable outcomes can be obtained through the ageing of the product by listening to the music you listen to at a volume you usually prefer.

Swing-Fitting Earpiece Mechanism & Precision Machined Housing

The Final E500 features a unique swing-fit mechanism, allowing the earpiece to be able to move left and right and tilt towards the audio canal for a perfect fit. These prevent changes in shape owing to the aperture of the earpiece coming into contact with the auditory canal. The sound is transmitted directly to the eardrum, delivering clear sound. The sound conduit uses rigid silicone with a groove processing that combines strength and flexibility. The Final E500 is made from highly resilient ABS thermoplastic polymer material that is lightweight, robust while diminishing vibrations that would distort the sound. The simple housing of the final E500 can stand daily use while keeping in line with the design philosophy of final earphones.

The ear tips for the Final E500 have been designed from soft silicone for superior comfort and noise isolation. These come in 5 sizes and ensure that the sound is transmitted directly to the eardrum. Two types of silicon differing in rigidity are employed for the sound conduit and for the earbud that comes into contact with the user’s ear. The silicon used for the sound conduit is more rigid than that used for the earbud, and having groove processing applied to it, combines both strength and flexibility.

Will these IEMs sound better than stock earphones?

In general, the Final - E500 will sound better than stock earphones that you may have used with your smartphone. These IEMs were built using high-quality drivers and materials and tuned to deliver a well-balanced sound signature. The Final - E500 IEMs provide a much more accurate and authentic reproduction of the original music recording and present a very high overall sound quality. Using them should change how you listen to your favourite artist and allow you to rediscover music.

Do these really sound better than Wireless Earbuds?

If your phone doesn't have a 3.5mm output, you can use a USB-C to 3.5mm adapter for android phones or a Lightning to 3.5mm adapter for Apple iPhones to connect the Final - E500 IEMs. Alternatively, the best-sounding option is to go for a USB Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC) to connect your IEMs. A good DAC makes a considerable difference to the overall sound of your set up and these DACs are highly capable and outperform inexpensive adapters. If you are looking for the best presentation of your music then a dedicated USB DAC is the way to go.

Do I really need a Digital To Analog Converter (DAC) or Amplifier to use these?

You don't necessarily need a Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC) or Amplifiers to use the Final - E500 IEMs, as they can be plugged directly into the 3.5mm output of your smartphones, tablets or laptops. They usually have enough power to drive these Earphones. However, using a dedicated DAC can improve the overall sound quality and provide a more detailed reproduction, especially if you are listening to Lossless or Hi-Res music.

Best gaming headset

This Is a best gaming headset but it is not only for gaming. It is good for music as well. It is so crystal clear and it doesn't cause any pain.

I think this headset is value for money. The build quality is good for this price range.

Very Comfortable, Smooth sounding unique unique hidden Gem. 👍🔥⭐

E500 are great for listening to gaming, better horizontal spatial resolution listening than many popular under 2k. I use it with my PS4 PS5.

Very comfortable IEM, I have wear while sleeping without any issues.
Also reat for listening to ASMR audio, audio books and podcasts.

Smooth Treble, clear Sub bass rumble, overall tuning is quite unique, distinct from other Chinese Chi-fi IEMs.

Wire is durable contrary to popular belief, but audio distortion is common occurrence when wires rub together.

I feel E500 trades audio details for spacial resolution.
It's not everyone's cup of tea to be clear.... But I have multiple E500

Best gaming iem

Amazing Sound but questionable QC

I finally got to try Final E500. They definitely need more Power to sound the best, stock mobile output will not be enough.

-> Sound is Balanced with a little dark tuning - meaning If u don't like spicy / sparkly treble or upper frequencies these iems will be amazing.

This is my favourite tuning, I really like it. I was soooooo happy I could finally get them.

-> I am not talking about bass coz there was channel imbalance.

-> Iems are very small(tiny), light weight but cable is where they cheaped out on but considering price I'm not complaining.

Better than moondrop quarks

I have used the moondrop quarks previously, these are definetly better than those. Really good for the price and much better than the average boat earphones. They are quite comfortable as well as due to the small and lightweight housing. Overall a good buy.
