Last weekend I ordered the FiiO - JD1 3.5 mm cable from Headphone zone and I received the fine product well within the promised timeframe. I'm totally happy with the product, the delivery and the constant communication (with their cute emails). What stunned me was their prompt execution of my request for address change. I had just moved into a new address and by mistake, I filled in my old address while placing my order (silly me)! But when i looked at the website, it told me to contact by email and so i wrote a request with the new address. The next day, I received a reply stationg that my new address 'had been entered into the computer' and so I could relax and wait till the delivery-man came with the product to my door.

My old c-type version had some issues (such as pausing the song or increasing/decreasing volume automatically). So anyone who had bought c-type earlier and having any issues, go with the proprietary version as it fits perfectly. 4 star because i feel the cable which came along with iem were much thicker and sturdier. This however feels lighter but is good for long listening hours.

I have bought the Type-C version QDC pin in just 6months the wire had some issue and can’t connect to the phone so now I have ordered the new wire but again I had bad experience. I have ordered the wire and its showing in stock but after placing order J git the mail regarding unavailability of cable. Its so bad that you took my money and I still cant get the product. Yes you gave an option for return the payment but I want the product so please give me the product which I have ordered from your website.
