In case you receive the FiiO - FH7S with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you

The engineers at FiiO went through extensive research in developing and designing the cavity structure for the FH7S. The engineers at FiiO designed to include four Balanced Armature drivers that handle treble and mid frequencies. A DFK driver created by FiiO and Knowles recreates mid frequencies for exquisite vocals. The Knowles SWFK-31736 BA driver, with its high resonant frequency, generates the high frequencies. The FH7S driver architecture also includes a single Dynamic Driver that handles the low frequencies. The inside design of the shell produces resonances delivering an optimum bass response. As a result, the mid-range gains an equal amount of weight and depth from the bass, which is well-balanced and has the right amount of thump and naturalness.

Engineers at FiiO went above and beyond while creating the driver architecture for the FH7S. The FiiO FH7S channels the essence of the FH9 but is tailor-made for a 4 BA design. The 13.6mm DLC dynamic driver developed by FiiO for the second generation is present in the FH7S and the FH9. The large 13.6mm diaphragm allows the driver to produce more energy for better-extended bass, resulting in robust yet natural-sounding low frequencies. The FH7S, with its 13.6mm DLC dynamic driver, reproduces thunderous bass response. The FH7S dynamic driver's diaphragm is composed of DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon). Due to its highly damped nature, high rigidity, and lightweight, the driver is capable of rapid transient response - further adding to the sensation of dynamic bass that you will enjoy. FiiO and Knowles collaborated to create the exclusively customised DFK mid-frequency BA drivers for the FH7S - to create natural, musical vocals by refining the mids. Adjusting the air permeability of the midrange drivers leads to a more natural, distinctive and smoother connection between bass, mids and highs. The vocals have a perfect amount of richness and have the required depth and body. The Knowles SWFK-31736 BA driver, with its high resonant frequency, generates the high frequencies. It is relaxing and enjoyable to listen to since the driver has richer high details and airiness.

EMPLOYS FIIO'S 2ND-GEN SEMI-OPEN DESIGN TO REPRODUCE EXPANSIVE SOUNDSTAGE AND PRECISE IMAGING

FiiO has implemented its patented 2nd-gen semi-open acoustic cavity design in FH7S. It results in a natural sound with a comfortable fit suitable for long listening sessions. The semi-open acoustic cavity design maintains a balanced pressure relief between the front and rear cavities of the shell that works perfectly to balance the air pressure resulting in a better soundstage and imaging with smooth layering and texture. The result is that when the drivers push air when making sound, that air encounters less resistance - resulting in a smoother yet detailed sound, natural timbre, large soundstage, and pinpoint accurate imaging. You'll be able to visualise and position each instrument while taking the stage of your recording into account. The soundstage and imaging will give you the impression that you are watching a live performance while seated in a concert hall. This architecture encourages accurate sound positioning with transparency, expansive soundstage, precise imaging, and dynamics. Using finite element analysis and numerous experiments, the development team created a unique notch filter for the FH7S. To minimise unwanted sibilance notch filter accurately directs sound waves to eliminate unwanted resonances between the shell, the sound tube, and the ear canal. This design architecture produces a detailed, transparent, and non-fatiguing sound. The FiiO FH7S features the patented S.TURBO acoustic design, which allows for deep bass that maintains plenty of nuance and texture. Sound waves are carefully guided through a turbine-shaped tube to enhance bass frequencies so that sounds like the beating of drums are appropriately thunderous and impactful.

BUNDLED WITH HIGH PURITY SILVER-BEND MONOCRYSTALLINE COPPER CABLE WITH TWIST-LOCK SWAPPABLE AUDIO PLUGS, TUNING FILTERS AND ACCESSORIES

The FH7S comes standard with a cable consisting of 8 strands of 19 wires each - for 152 wires of silver-plated monocrystalline copper, all individually isolated from each other. The Litz braiding of the wire means that the larger surface area leads to less resistance in the wire by minimising the skin effect and proximity effect - leading to improved signal transmission efficiency and better resolution. The FiiO FH7S comes bundled with loads of accessories; two pairs of foam eartips, three pairs of vocal eartips (SML), and three pairs of HS18 eartips (SML). It also includes three pairs of bass eartips (SML), three pairs of balanced eartips (SML), two pairs of dual-flange ear tips, and three pairs of SpinFit eartips. A magnetic clip, an HB5 carrying case, a cleaning brush, and an MMCX fast assist tool are also included in the package to help you remove the cable from the IEMs securely. The package also includes tuning filters Green/White/Red. The white filter gives the IEMs a balanced sound, the red filter enhances the bass response, and the green filter reproduces a highly resolving treble response. New to the FH7S, compared to the FH7, are twist-lock swappable audio plugs allowing you to easily change between 3.5mm single-ended and 4.4mm balanced plugs as needed.
