What is the warranty like and who should I contact?
What are the main differences between FiiO BR13 and BTA30Pro?
2. The input/output ports of BR13 are the same as BTA30PRO, with powerful SPDIF input and output, as well as upsampling function.
3. The BR13 adopts aluminum alloy design, equipped with display, using QCC5125 program, independent DAC and amplifier chips. The USB DAC function supports up to 96k/24bit which can be upsampling to 192k/24bit via BR13.And it aslo supports for 7 kinds of EQ adjustment and 2 kinds of PEQ.
4. At the same time, like BTA30PRO, there is a supporting APP to realize more functions.
5. So if you just want a Bluetooth receiver, you can choose the BR13. But if you need the Bluetooth transmitting as well as receiving function, the BTA30PRO is still the best choice.
How to use the FiiO BR13 as a Bluetooth receiver?
1. After turning on the BR13, short press the “IN” button to enter 'BLUE IN' mode;
2. Hold the “IN” button for about 3s to force the device to enter the Bluetooth pairing state;
3. Turn on the Bluetooth function in the mobile phone then search and select the BR13 to get the connection work.

Force a pairing: Hold the “IN” button for about 3s to force the device to enter the Bluetooth pairing state;
Clear pairing: Hold the “EQ” button for about 3s to clear all Bluetooth pairing records;
Factory data reset: When the device is off, hold the button A⏯️ for about 10s to achieve factory data reset;
Supported Bluetooth codes: LDAC/aptX Adaptive/aptX/aptX LL/aptX HD/AAC/SBC
You could turn on/off the Bluetooth codecs via FiiO Control APP..
How to use the coaxial/optical input function of FiiO BR13?
1. After turning on the BR13, short press the “IN” button to enter 'COAX IN' mode;
2. Signal input: Connect the coaxial output port of the pre source and the coaxial input port of the BR13 via the coaxial cable;
3. Signal output: The BR13 supports optical and line out output at that time. Use the RCA audio cable or optical cable to connect the corresponding output port of BR13.
[Optical in]
1. After turning on the BR13, short press the “IN” button to enter 'OPT IN' mode;
2. Signal input: Connect the optical output port of the pre source and the optical input port of the BR13 via the optical cable;
3. Signal output: The BR13 supports coaxial, optical and line out output at that time. Use the RCA audio cable,coaxial cable or optical cable to connect the corresponding output port of BR13.
Note:
1.Optical bypass function is supported in 'Optical in' mode, which is convenient for the input/output switching in some devices;
2.If there are no output in coaxial or optical output port, please try to turn off the 'Digital up-sampling' mode in the FiiO Control app;
3.The FiiO Control app could work for BR13 in Bluetooth input mode. You could switch to Bluetooth input mode for adjusting the setting first and switch back to coaxial/optical input mode.
How to use the FiiO BR13 as a DAC for the computer?
Only USB DAC driver-free mode is supported.
1. After turning on the BR13, short press the “IN” button to enter 'USB IN' mode;
2. Signal input: Connect the BR13 and the computer via the USB cable, and select the corresponding sound output device in the playback software of the computer;
3. Signal output: The BR13 supports coaxial, optical and line out output at the same time now. Use the RCA audio cable,coaxial cable or optical cable to connect the corresponding output port of BR13.
Note:Because of the system reason in Macbook, the output sampling rate will not change automatically according to the music files. Please go to'Midi' setting of the Macbook to adjust the output sampling rate.
How to update the firmware of FiiO BR13?
1. Download the firmware file to the mobile phone first;
2. Switch the input mode to BT, connect BR13 to the phone via Bluetooth;
3. Start the APP and go to the BR13 Status page- Settings-Firmware upgrade-Local upgrade
4. On the file list, tap the search icon and select the firmware file. Then a prompt dialogue will pop up. Tap CONFIRM to start the upgrade.

Worth every Rupee,for this price you get nice clean sound with a wide sound stage,good instruments separation.A bit Mid forward sounding but not harsh.If you want a nice Bluetooth receiver you get a very good DAC also and vice versa.Go For it.No regrets.

The performance is great, the range is great, the audio output is phenomenal at this price range, but the biggest problem is that this DAC does not wake up after sleeping/idling for a long time like 6-7 hours. i have to sometimes unplug and plug the type c power cord to make it work. The Dac is connected via USB to my Tv and sometimes I have to cycle through different mode back to USB in order to make it work. Yes, I am on the latest firmware version. These problems sometimes get frustrating. Also, there is no method to change the connectivity mode from the App, you have to always reach out to the mode button present on the device in order to switch modes.

Regarding the issue with the device sleeping, we would like to clarify it is done to conserve the power usage. Also, to change the connectivity mode from the app, we hope Fiio will release a firmware update soon.
This was my first “audiophile product” and I can clearly hear the difference when I compare it with my average bluetooth receiver. The main difference was that while the other receivers kind of just made the overall music loud with the bass drowning out all other details, I am able to hear the individual instruments here much more clearly. I was a bit apprehensive d I would be able to hear any difference at all, but am happy with my purchase.

It's a great experience with a little device in this price range....fiio br13 is great dac with Qualcomm bluetooth LDAC chip & ess dac chip with op amp analog output & it can match level with high end audio dac....if you have good quality audio system then you will experience highend quality of audio....audio quality is very clear with high & low frequency....if you want buy this product then go for it....you get firmware update & device control from fio control app... thanks to headphone zone to provide this kind of product in India...😊
