In case you receive the Etymotic - ER3 with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective

Nothing else makes sense

Now I know what piano, Sax and violin really sounds like. Etymotics are not good/bad sound wise, they are the only option, every other audio equipment sounds fake (i am listening since 13).
One has to insert them to insane depths and get used to it. Once there, it feels like the brain is producing the sound from within rather than an equipment from the outside. Every other iem portrays fake sense of sound stage and imaging (using inaccurate tuning). Detail is accurate as well, other iems amplify certain frequencies to sound more detailed but in reality are only adding resonances (harshness/sibilance).
The cable is a complete trash and I am worried about a future replacement due to limited options on the net.

SERIOUS COMPANIES DON'T ADVERTISE AGGRESSIVELY OR HAVE CARTOONS ON THE BOXES...my opinion of course.

Great earphones.!!

Killer sound quality from the tiny ear cans. It took me about a week and 20+ hours to get comfortable with the deep insertion of the cans. Once that barrier was crossed, it's paradise.!!

Well, don't expect hd 800 standards of soundstage. But I think it's just an earphone, that outruns every other in earphone that's under a few times it's price. It's big brother ER4 maybe a tiny bit better, but not really a noticeable difference unless you have bat ears.
It's a great in earphone, that takes you back to the recording studio where you can hear how exactly the sound was made and recorded. I can't think of a better way to spend that money on anything else. Once again I must admit that the earphone tips needs to be inserted deep in your ear canal, which may not be comfortable for everyone. Luckily, I figured that was not an issue for me. Thanks to Etymotic. I fell in love with my music again. :)

Bang! Not for Bass heads! For Pure Music Lovers!

I'm not an Audiophile or whatsoever and in a learning phase. But I always crave for neutral sound, micro detail, soundstage and Instument separation.
Considering the 1more Quad Driver I had, this is a huge improvement. 1More was kind of recessed and warm, but still had plenty of details.
This one is a huge huge improvement. First thing that hit me was the soundstage like liberating, like we are in a mini theatre and Instument separation.
I do Observe the Higher end a bit harsh at times or may be the fact that I come from a warm sounding drivers. Fit might be an issue for many if not known how to lace it properly, but once you do, you're in heaven. Sometimes you feel like you're in the studio during the recording process.
Overall great product. Love it. Thanks Headphone zone for making this available in India.

Mine is XR version and I didnt find the bass dominating if not adequate. But Im happy that Im able to experience pure music.

UPDATE: THE HARSH HIGHS ARE INDEED DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE UNIT I RECEIVED WAS DEFECTIVE AS MANY AUDIOPHILES CONFIRMED ER3XRs NEVER HAVE SIBILANCE EVEN AT A HIGH VOLUME, ON SUBMITTING WARRANTY CLAIM, THEY'RE REFUSING TO ACCEPT THE IMBALANCE AND IT'S BEEN MORE THAN A MONTH NOW TO A DEADLOCK. THOUGHT OFBUYING ANOTHER HEADPHONES BUT REFRAINED DUE TO THIS BAD EXPERIENCE
