Dispatches in 24-48 Hours

What does "ships within 24/48 hours" mean?

In a nutshell, ships within 24/48 hours basically means that your product will be shipped out or dispatched from our warehouse within 24/48 hours after placing the order. It also indicates that the products are readily available at our warehouse and once we receive your order, we dispatch it out at the earliest either on the same day or the next working day depending on when you’ve placed your order.

What it does not mean:

A lot of our customers assume that it means their order will get delivered to them within 24/48 hours, but that’s not what it means. For an order to reach you, it can take anywhere up to 3-4 business days, depending on which part of India you are placing an order from.

For an accurate timeline, you can enter your pin code on the product page and check for an estimated date of arrival.

7 Day Replacement Guarantee

In case you receive the ddHiFi - HS110-MagSafe with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you
- The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein)

It is meticulously designed with AL6063 aluminium alloy and a 100mm diameter bass featuring non-slip rubber for durability and stable posture. It comes with a detachable bass with added weight for added steadiness. You can effortlessly place your smartphone and enjoy your music-listening experience without worrying about your phone placement. Easy charging and safe charging for iPhones with MagSafe technology, smartwatches and TWS earbuds using a USB-C charger.

ddHiFi HS110-MagSafe is meticulously designed with AL6063 aluminium alloy for durability and stability. The base features a 100mm diameter and non-slip rubber for secure placement, while the stand offers adjustable angles for added convenience. Its base features a detachable base that includes a weight for added stability and is secured with a specialised screw and easy to assemble with the included screwdriver for steady and stable posture during use. You can easily pick it up or place it down with adjustable angles to tilt it forward or backwards. Though the weight may have minor cosmetic imperfections, they do not affect performance.

ddHiFi HS110-MagSafe features a sleek design and employs a custom pivot mechanism precisely riveted for uniform resistance up to 7~8KGF-cm. This stand is ideal for integrating smartphones into Hi-Fi audio systems to provide a stable platform for daily use, even while charging. It is optimised for Apple Music's high-quality lossless playback and supports MagSafe wireless chargers to ensure safe and efficient charging. The USB output interface is specifically designed for decoding cables, making it an excellent companion for audiophiles.

ddHiFi HS110-MagSafe supports wireless charging for iPhones with MagSafe technology with up to 10W output for newer models and up to 7.5W for older ones. Android devices can achieve a maximum output of 15W with a magnetic ring. The stand’s flexible design also accommodates other devices like smartwatches and TWS earbuds, making it a versatile addition to any desktop. For optimal performance, use a USB-C charger with a power output of 20W or more. If your iPhone case lacks MagSafe functionality, attach the magnetic ring to the outside of the case. For Android devices, place the wireless charger on the back of the phone to find the optimal charging position, usually near the bottom edge next to the camera.
NOTE: MagSafe wireless chargers are Apple products and must be purchased separately.
