7 Day Replacement Guarantee

In case you receive the ddHiFi - AS100 with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you
- The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein)

PRACTICAL STACKABILITY AND SECURE SETUP

If you find yourself owning multiple cases, they can be conveniently stacked thanks to the groove design on the bottom that matches the arc on the top. For those who prefer a more permanent setup, screw holes are available for securing the case as desired. Be aware that clamping marks inside the round holes and on the lid and bottom are unavoidable due to the anodising process, which also results in visible surface marks. These are a natural consequence of the manufacturing method, so please consider this before purchasing.

This thing is tiny!

The title says it all, this thing is small. I guess I got swayed in getting it thinking this can also be used as a cigar ashtray (not that I am going to use it as one), which are a lot larger than cigarette ashtrays. Should have seen some videos and looked at the pictures more closely (credit to them there is a high resolution picture with an IEM in it) to get an understanding of the actual size.
This fits one IEM with cable and maybe three IEMs without their cables. This sitting next to the xDuoo XD05 Pro makes the xDuoo look so much bigger and clunkier. A few points in its favour are the excellent build quality and finishing as to be expected from ddHiFi. I would give this 3 stars just because of the size. Would have given it 5 stars if it could have accommodated 3 IEMs with cables and it was the diameter of a compact disk. Disappointed but not returning it as I can use this to store some smaller accessories.
