Comply P100 is worth it for the most comfortable listening experience with deep insertion in terms of overall SQ.
No percievable treble loss or occlusion. I've enjoyed using these tips with Klipsch X11i, XR8i, Shure SE215, Etymotic ER2XR and ER4XR.
Nice ear tips. Very comfortable. Very nice nice noise isolation. Almost feels like ANC in a not extremely noisy place.

1800 for a 3 pair of eartips really seems a bit much. Its good no doubt about that and it seals a lot of noise out properly without sacrificing audio quality. So its really good but its very very expensive... That's why i gave it this rating...

Could not insert the ear buds nozzle into the hole of foam tip because of very narrow hole in the comply tips.
Want to return. One tip has been destroyed.

I bought these for Shure SE 215m+. But these when put on pain in the ear. Not sure about performance of these but be sure to check that these are bit longer than usual ear tips. To me I was feeling pain in my ear when used. I tried to return but these are non returnable.
The most comfortable tips for any IEMs along with the Westone foam tips.
However if you have got Etymotic IEMs - do your ears a favour and get these - these will transform the experience - they make the ETYs comfortable. I use Complys with my ETYs, Westones, Shures, JH Audio and almost all IEMs I own.
Only one issue - if you are a regular IEM user - these do not last very long - they lose their elasticity and become pointless.
