FULLY BALANCED DISCRETE CIRCUIT DESIGN WITH FOUR DIFFERENTIAL CHANNEL

The Cayin iHA-8 features a fully balanced discrete circuit. The four-channel differential circuit design equips TI low-noise mono Opamps and Toshiba audio-grade JFETs connected in parallel with a constant current source for each channel. This design ensures low noise, low distortion, high current and better driving ability. The Cayin iHA-8 also incorporates Vishay power MOSFETs for a three-stage large bias current. It also includes a DC offset voltage servo circuit to maintain a stable output DC offset voltage of 0V. It has built-in adaptive power, gain and quiescent current switching circuits that enhance iHA-8's overall performance, delivering an exceptional music listening experience. The Ultimate Hyper Mode maximizes the headphone amplification circuit's performance by adjusting and improving the static operating current and voltage. This mode increases output power and gain while preserving the pure Class A state, resulting in a more pristine, transparent sound with a well-defined and dynamic soundstage.

It utilizes an ALPS-customized step potentiometer in combination with high-end 130-step electronic volume chips and the JRC MUSES72320V. Despite electronic control, the volume adjustment occurs purely in the analog part. The Cayin iHA-8 integrates a monolithic Protector IC alongside its high-power components to provide comprehensive protection. This protection system safeguards your setup by detecting output DC, implementing power-on delay squelch and power-off noise cancellation, and offering overcurrent/overload protection, ensuring the safety of the power amplifier circuit and headphones throughout every stage of operation.
