The 3D moulded illuminated knobs and a solid suburban design with a sturdy aluminium build makes it premium and robust.The iHA-6 comes with Toshiba's intelligent nanoFET circuits which delivers a high quality audio performance with an excellent dynamic performance. This amplifier can power multiple headphones and IEMs and even Planar magnetic headphones of upto 300 ohms.
High-grade Connectivity, Perfect Output
The iHA-6 offers multiple connectivity options. Two XLR input jacks for balanced analog input and two RCA inputs for general connectivity. With a quadruple amplifier setup for a powerful balanced output, two separate XLR / TRS combo jacks for each channel and a 4-pin XLR port for balanced audio makes this Amplifier perfect for High-grade and high impedance headphones. You can plug in any power headphone into the dedicated high and low impedance slots.

Initial and subjective impressions - Definitely a step up to the THX-789, and the Topping A90 warm sounding, has more meat of the bones, works well with Dynamic (grabbed it for the ADX5000, Cal.1H and HD800 Series mainly) and Planar cans, great power via balanced outputs, SE outputs felt a little lacking (dull sounding; could have done better with some more energy and a tad wider soundstage) to my ears, might open up with more run in time 😊

I got to try this headphone amp at the HFZ experience centre in Mumbai before ordering it. It did a good job with a range of headphones there, which assured me of its versatility. However, it wasnt available in stock so it too a few weeks to actually get it.
My experience with it is from only using the balanced output. Cant comment on how the SE outputs sound. The amp converts the single ended input to balanced anyway so didnt need to use the SE out.
I've tried it with the Ananda and the Aeon Noire. Does a great job with both. Tone, resolution, dynamics all there.
If you're looking for a versatile amp, would recommend highly.
