I would pick the LCD2 Closed over Orpheus from memory
In fact, I had ordered LCD2 Classic but got the Closed ones by mistake. When I contacted HPZ they were kind enough to pay part of the difference in price to upgrade, excellent service as usual

Took time to a min 60 hr burn in paired with the Fiio K7 akm dac amp and it was pure ecstasy
First I used the bundled xlr cable and the whole set up was warm and gave me that musicality of an analogue set up with smooth treble and mids as well an enjoyable bleeding lows.
Then i got the 4.4 headgear silver plated copper cable and the difference was not subtle but substantial,the dynamics as well as the speed increased massively and the low end and mid bass were tight and fast,also the treble was crisp and clean but the mids lost the richness a bit(nothing to worry about).
About the technicalities,the soundstage was no way massive as compared to an open back,but at an arms width the max,the separation was respectable in a responsible way.
Even though a bit heavy, very much on the comfortable front and musically as well as ergonomically indefatigable.
Anxiously waiting for the AK Kann ultra which is to be delivered tomorrow from HPZ

On 8th Nov I went to your Experience Studio and trust me this is one of my best decision in my life. Now come to my LCD 2 Cro... its a real Wonder. Deep bass with sharp & detailed high notes output. Just WOW.. also most important thing is very comfortable to wear and can be listened for long time without any irritation. The noise isolation is also well made off. In one word who loves high end sound.. just go for it.

Sound quality is excellent, amazing and wonderful. Actually there is no word to explain that delightfulness. Platinum plated music rays are flowing in and around of my neurons, Butterflies are glittering inside my skull .Crystal clear and powered more than my HD650 when combines with mojo.Even it sounds great with fiio E10K. Gorgeous and hefty but very comfortable too.I don't like the length of the cable and ending with 1/4 in pin. Luckily it includes 1/4in to 1/8in adapter, which cost Rs 2000, which is not mentioned in HP zone website and audeze website also.It is a surprise gift with LCD 2CC.It has one quality control issue, left 4pin mini XLR is not easily fit in to that and detachment is also very tight and tough.This is not fare at this price point.Apart from this everything is fine.
