In case you receive the Audeze - LCD-5 with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you

This was my first open back headphone, as all of you guys know open back headphones are an acquired taste. You have to be completely involved in it to enjoy it , so not for everybody.
This guy needs a lot of power from amp, excellent Dac and source(Tidal/lossless).If you are lacking any of these then its not for you.
Now my experience :
Its very lightweight , i can listen for a very long time without any kind of discomfort, and no sweating due to it being open back.
Sound Quality : As good as it can be and it shines when using balanced input/cable(Unbalanced output has usually half or less power than balanced one in amps).
I also own some quality iems like ThieAudio, Campfire, Final . They all have their own sound signature and cons/pros. The biggest advantage of having a good quality open back headphone over iems is that it can drive any kind/genre of song masterfully and effortlessly.
Overall an excellent buy.

a Beast!

You know u've woken up a beast when u play Pink Floyd Sorrow, or Terminal Frost, OR Hammock's Tristia and Sinking Inside Yourself, OR Chemical Brothers, or Duran Duran through your Fiio M17 over the ear headphone mode!! CRISPY CLEAR!! THEN, suddenly the Beasty is on Steroids when you connect the AC Adapter to your M17 and you suddenly get a hidden option to power the Audeze LCD 3 directly from DC despite being connected to the Audio Player!! !! The LCD 5's are exactly that, and they do deliver exactly what an Audiophile needs... !!! I always prefer Function over Fashion. dont care about the looks or size, or weight, as long as they have a damn good audio quality to deliver. The sound is Flat without any equalizers, but thats an extra bonus for me as i also play electric guitars and do have to monitor the tones of the output headphones... and thats advantageous to me ALSO BECAUSE when i listen to the music and songs that i could potentially cover, i listen to the songs a hundred times... My point is, EACH AND EVERY Instruments used in a song are discernable on these ethereal LCD 5's.!! The 3 Years warranty gives you quite a confidence, and goes even further to show how confident Audeze is about their products.. That was a point that i had overlooked, but the HEADPHONEZONE guys asked me to consider Audeze for its 3 yrs warranty.. Many thanx to them!! To cut short, if u are an audiophile, or a musician, or have passion for playing music or creating music, and if u have the budget, then the LCD 5 wouldn't let you down in any way... but just might increase your heartbeats when u listen to some HQ or FLAC format of you favorite songs :-p ... Lastly, but all the more important, is that i hope you have some form of amplification device to take the full advantage of the LCD 5's. Cheers!! and GO FO IT!!
