7 Day Replacement Guarantee

In case you receive the iFi Audio - iEMatch+ with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you
- The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein)

BALANCED OR SINGLE-ENDED? IT'S YOUR CHOICE

iEMatch+ can easily switch between single-ended (SE) or Balanced (BAL) operations. If you want to use a single-ended headphone with a TRS (3-connection) plug, you do not need to switch to SE because the conversion to single-ended is automatic. You can easily set the switch to BAL or SE according to your preference. While using balanced headphones with TRRS connection turn the switch to BAL mode. In case you do not find one of the channels, switch to SE as your music source might not support SE operation. If your headphones have a microphone, use SE.

Works like a charm

Wanted to hear the dac from my TR-Amp but the volume/power output is quite high for my sensitive fiio fh3, so the product resude the volume by increasing resistance on 3.5mm jack.
Using this i am able hear slight bit more warmth in the sound.
Really a life saver in that regard.

Andros have found their match!

I have the andromeda 2020 and also a chord mojo 2. So i got the iematch to try it with the above combo. So far, i have liked it. On ultra sensitivity mode, the andros do sound a bit better when paired with the mojo. This has something to do with the OI being increased at that setting, i guess. All in all, i am happy with the purchase.
