In case you receive the Grado - SR325x with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you

Very transparent! Sparkling sound !!

I wanted headphone which is nice with female vocal and clean and clear sound. Sound is too transparent and clean. Sometime the female voice is a bit younger pitch ! Lata will sound younger ! Ear pads are not very comfortable but ok. Everything bass, treble ,mids ,vocals are nice. It is very enjoyable headphone but cannot be fir long listening. Exiting sound. Sparkling and bright treble . The highlight is great transparency and nice vocal. I think you cannot find a more transparent headphone than this. A bit like audio technica m50x. With much better clear and separation of music.

Don't judge a headphones by its looks,
these grado 325x are freaking awesome and has a good highs and sharpness due to its metallic cups. Great set of dynamic drive headphones basically.

Grado SR 325X

The The The Best just got better. I have the earlier version ' e'. Both epitomise outright quality. e is a bit laid back with apparently discernible refinement which is softer on the ears lulling you to sleep. X is more bold, energetic with a bit of oomph. X means business out of the box. Both the versions are Invincible in their own kingdom but ultimately the issue being subjective it is personal choice which will prevail. Once again a word of Celestial praise for GRADO - WELL DONE. Kudos and acknowledgement of thanks once more to TEAM HPZ.
