What does "ships within 24 hours" mean?

In a nutshell, ships within 24 hours basically means that your product will be shipped out or dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours after placing the order. It also indicates that the products are readily available at our warehouse and once we receive your order, we dispatch it out at the earliest either on the same day or the next working day depending on when you’ve placed your order.

What it does not mean:

A lot of our customers assume that it means their order will get delivered to them within 24 hours, but that’s not what it means. For an order to reach you, it can take anywhere up to 3-4 business days, depending on which part of India you are placing an order from.

For an accurate timeline, you can enter your pin code on the product page and check for an estimated date of arrival.

RETURNS & WARRANTY

7 Day Replacement Guarantee

In case you receive the Colorfly - CDA-M1P with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you

Colorfly has launched its all-new USB DAC & Amp, the CDA-M1P. Stepping into the high-fidelity realm, this portable DAC & Amp is equipped with a new-generation AK4493SEQ DAC chip, of AKM Technologies. The Colorfly CDA-M1P is embedded with two separate XR2001 operational amplifier chips. The coaxial ring design aesthetics house the chipset of the Colorfly CDA-M1P. The Colorfly U series digital audio player inspires the design of the portable CDA-M1P. The DAC & Amp comes bundled with a USB digital transmission ribbon cable. Colorfly has introduced volume memory in the all-new CDA-M1P and features high and low gain output, for both IEM and headphones. The Colorfly CDA-M1P exclusively offers six different digital filters and a Game mode, allowing you to customize your CDA-M1P according to your preference.

The Colorfly M1P features the core audio processor of AKM technologies, which aims to provide a smooth and natural sound. The AKM4493SEQ DAC chip has been implemented carefully by Colorfly to retain the silky Velvet-like in-house sound of AKM Technologies and provide exceptional SNR and THD+N performance. The M1P achieves a cleaner and quieter output with no noticeable noise floor with sensitive IEMs. The DAC chip supports native DSD512 decoding and 32-bit/768kHz PCM signal decoding. The SNR 125db and THD+N -115db performance of this DAC chip is known to be exceptional.

Colorfly has embedded the M1P with a dual XR2001 operational amplifier chipset, that is popular for providing two identical op-amps in a single DAC&. The M1P also features High and Low gain settings, optimized for IEMs and headphones, offering versatile adaptability for a wide range of audio output devices. This configuration provides efficient driving power and aims to deliver robust and dynamic audio in your music listening experience. The M1P packs a dual output that supports unbalanced 125mW@RL=32Ω and balanced 240mW@RL=32Ω. The dedicated 3.3mm and 4.4mm output, works seamlessly with this powerful amplification chipset.

The design of the Colorfly-M1P is crafted with inspiration from the Colorfly’s U series digital audio player’s architecture. The design features the 2nd generation JitterKill femtosecond clock technology, specially designed for the U series. This design works seamlessly for recognizing data in ASYNC asynchronous mode, which allows the audio signal transmission to bypass USB clock and SRC interference, aiming to deliver pure and clear sound output. The design also equips the coaxial ring-shaped structure, which divides the entire body into two parts. This design maintains 3-D aesthetics with a soft visual appeal that also showcases the contour of the M series. The Colorful frequency indicator efficiently displays corresponding colour indications based on audio file format, gain settings, and operational modes.

Colofly has introduced volume memory in the M1P, allowing you to keep the previously set volume level when connected to any front-end devices. The M1P lets you explore a wide range of genres of music and customize your listening sessions with the new six digital filters. The M1P also features the UAC 1.0 Game Mode. The gaming mode can be activated by simply pressing and holding the Volume +/- button, simultaneously. The gaming mode is compatible with gaming consoles such as the Switch and PS5, serving as a high-quality audio decoder for gaming.

The M1P comes bundled with a flat and flexible ribbon cable, that is trendy in the industry. Colorfly has upgraded to these high-quality cables, developed with high-purity single-crystal copper with silver-plated wires and metal 3.3mm and 4.4mm connectors. This cable provides smooth and efficient crosstalk and reduces noise in the audio. The Colorfly M1P is compatible with Apple Ecosystem, Android and Windows system devices. Paired with Sennheiser IE600, and compared to my 8+gen 1 Qualcomm internal DAC feels like a less detailed and narrower soundstage. But has a very good control over higher frequencies where internal DAC makes hisss of a sound.
