In case you receive the ThieAudio - Hype 10 with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you
- The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein)

INCORPORATING THE IMPACT 2 DRIVER TECHNOLOGY TO DELIVER CLEAN AND PUNCHY BASS

ThieAudio’s every launch has encouraged them to develop better-sounding audio solutions and utilize new driver types in their products. Hence, Hype 10 incorporates the Impact2 (Impact Squared) driver technology and the latest-generation Sonion drivers. The latest Impact2 technological innovation is the new subwoofer that consists of two 10mm composite diagram drivers arranged in an isobaric design. The second 10mm subwoofer significantly aims to enhance the power and texture of the bass, with the in-house isobaric chamber design keeping the frequency and pressure on the same level (constant). The Thieaudio delivers a frequency response of 10Hz-22kHz, sensitivity of 105dB (±1dB) @1kHz and impedance of 17 Ohm. The ThieAudio Hype 10 aims to let you enjoy better-quality bass without compromising tonal integrity with this driver unit.

ThieAudio Hype 10 features genuine Knowles SWFK 31736 series ultra-tweeters from the USA, paired with two Sonion E50DT midrange and two Sonion 28UAP bass drivers from Denmark. This arrangement makes the Hype 10 one of the best-in-class IEMs. The ultra-treble tweeters allow treble extension up to 40kHz, resulting in an airy and hyperrealistic atmosphere in the sound. Furthermore, combining the E50DT with the SWFK 31736 driver creates a perfect transition and coherence in the mids and treble, with crisp details, articulation, and layering.
