In case you receive the FiiO - CP13 with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you

FiiO have done it again but this time brought the retro days back.
I’ve been using FiiO’s KA13 DAC which is phenomenal and now my old cassettes delivers similar quality but reviving the old memories attached with old cassette tape.
My mother is using her old devotional cassettes and happy to listen to it all day long.
Huge thanks to team HeadphoneZone for bringing this masterpiece home.
FiiO’s CP13 can be paired not only with IEMs but also with any aux output as I’ve tried connecting with speaker and home theatre and it delivers outstanding performance.
This one has metal built and the quality looks as it will last ages.

FiiO - CP13, a retro beauty.

FiiO - CP13 took me down the memory lane and brought a smile on my face. Yes, this is what it does it, more than the sound. Rekindling the cassette craze. Sounds really good with good tapes. The inevitable hiss disappears once you play some music. I bought the kinky red and grey model, looks and feels like a premium chocolate bar. Just love it with my Campfire Audio IEM and even Meze 109 Pro. Spin some tape...guys. It's worth it.
