Under warranty claims for this brand in India, we are able to offer some repair services for certain models. We shall try to repair your faulty unit and if we are unable to do so, we will send a working unit to you as a replacement.
Refunds and store credit are not allowed under warranty claims.
In order for us to proceed with an approved warranty claim request, the customer needs to bear the shipping charges of sending the unit to us and we shall bear the shipping charges while sending the replacement unit to the customer.
If the inspection status validates your issue with the unit, we will ship a working replacement unit to you at our own cost
What will we offer for Discontinued products?
For discontinued products, we will offer successor models as directed by the brand.
