In case you receive the 1MORE - Quad Driver with a manufacturing defect, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.

Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging with all the accessories it came with. We'll also need an unboxing video and images of the parcel to investigate about the discrepancy. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request. The free replacement will be shipped only once the original order is returned.

A replacement will be issued only if:

- It is found to be defective
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession

1MORE hit it out of the park with this flagship pair of in-ear headphones, which combines balanced sound build quality, smartphone compatibility and price.
The earbuds are angled at 45 degrees for a comfortable fit. These are also Hi-Res certified so if you have the right files, these can do them justice with a frequency range that goes up to 40kHz.
The 1MORE Quad Driver are decently versatile wired in-ears with a better build quality and they have a comparable performance for most use cases and a similar sound although the Triple Drivers are a bit more balanced
The Quad driver delivers a superbly done low end, with excellent kick, texture and resolution. Listening to base-drums, tom-toms and bass has brought a wide smile on my face.

Surreal value

I have been into this hobby for almost a decade now. I have owned and tried a lot of high end products over the years. There were only a few products that shocked me. In my collection, I consider the Beyerdynamic DT 150s as the only insane VFM product as they go head to head against my already VFM Sennheiser HD 650 that cost twice more.. After 4 years, I found another terrific VFM product.
Build quality and comfort - Build quality is quite sturdy as they have a metal body. The comfort is nice too, though the fit is shallow. Isolation is average.
Sound :-
Sound signature - Warm and smooth.
Bass - Very fast and resolving. The speed is unbelievable for the price. It goes fairly low. Although here is a huge bump (5+db) in upper bass to lower midrange which I consider abnormal as it can make the sound boomy sometimes. Despite the bump, the bass is superbly controlled.

Midrange - Pretty good. Midrange is hyperdetailed, yet smooth sounding. Lower mids are overly elevated while upper mids are a bit recessed. Due to this unevenness, the vocals sound a bit recessed, and slightly muddy sometimes.

Treble - Magical treble. Lower treble sounds a little edgy, but the upper treble makes up for it. It is extremely clean, controlled, and extended. There is not a hint of sibilance.. The extension really goes up there.

Soundstage and imaging - Best aspect is imaging. They image like high end iems. Soundstage has excellent depth and good width. Instruments are accurately placed and has nice air surrounding them. Due to the amazing soundstage depth and imaging, they sound almost 3D.

Transparency - Transparency is otherworldly good for the price. The sound is very smooth, fast and extended.

Despite its uneven frequency response, 1 more Quad driver surprised me with supreme detailing, control, imaging, and transparency that can be compared against high end IEMs at 1/4 of their cost.

Also, kudos to HPZ's delivery. They now deliver products in a day with no ext...

Very Happy Overall...

Very happy overall with headphone zone service and delivery. 1MORE build is very good. Cables are good. Sound Rocker is a little heavy. Ear silicon parts tend to slip out of ear while chewing food or with some jaw movement. Other wise the sound is superb. Treble and Mid details are amazing! The Bass can be heard properly when the earphones are pressed in ear tightly. The treble detail is so sensitive that i could hear plectrum strumming sounds in several songs. One can feel texture of audience crowds in live performance recordings.
I love my music so I am very glad I bought these. Big Thanks to Headphone zone for offering this product.

Firstly, a big thanks to the entire HPZ team. They have been the best customer service team I have ever interacted with.

I'm truly impressed with the 1More Quad Driver Earphones. The first playlist I wanted to hear on receiving 1More Quad Driver was from my Apple Playlists (https://itunes.apple.com/in/playlist/future-bass/pl.6f7d4a9f2e934b1fa0a2c7f29e440286). I love the track titled "Survive - https://itunes.apple.com/in/album/survive/1271473722?i=1271473723". These headsets were so awesome, that I love this playlist even ever. I have downloaded the 1More app for Android, which helps burn your headset for a better experience. :)

Cannot believe these are IEMs!!!!

I really cannot believe these are IEMs. With the correct setup, you will feel you are wearing full blown OTE cans. The sound stage is great. The mids and highs are awesome. The lows are smooth. They don't invade into the mids. This is not for Bassheads. If you want to listen to 'honest' music as it was intended to be, these are it. They've become my daily drivers.
Don't judge them out-of-the box straightaway. They sounded crap to me. Burn-in using the app for 48 hours. They sound magnificent after the burn-in period. Of course after the first 'soaking' after 12 hours you can start using them but make sure to finish the 3 phase burn-in using the app. And then I was able to hear the difference.

With 32 ohms impedance, my mobiles were not able to put out a lot of power. So I used a headphone Amp (FiiO A5) and they sounded amazing. I am hearing parts of the music that I could not hear before.

They are built very well. Aesthetically pleasing. And beautiful packaging. Try out various buds. I settled with the foam ones. The cable is tangle free. The case is good quality.

Use them carefully and they will serve you well for long. Good Luck.
